If you weren't aware, a few months back, the young and uber-talented singer/actress, Chloe Bailey, posted a very sensual video licking a lollipop while sending a Thank You message to fans for helping her achieve 4 million followers on Instagram.
Many people deemed the video cringey and somewhat weird, since she was simply thanking her supporters. The video came after Chloe began showing up more on social media and hanging out with black Hollywood more. More skin and more booty popping came along with it as the young artist shows off a side many people weren't used to.
